  The thought of actually giving up your cigarettes may be scary. For some smokers, giving up something they were so used to having everyday can be unbearable.


Smokers don't know what to do without a cigarette. They feel their life will change so drastically without smoking. How will they deal with stress? Boredom? Anxieties? Some smokers don't even realize how much of a psychological dependency they have on smoking until they are in the process of quitting.
