Do not let anyone tell you that just purchasing an electric cigarette will cure your craving to smoke. What the electric cigarette does do is offer you an alternative to smoking tobacco. People who have smoked tobacco for a long time are addicted to the habit of smoking as well, not just the nicotine. The e-cigarette offers a tobacco smoker a way to fill that habit of holding a cigarette like object in their hand and inhaling. They can also still have their nicotine as long as they want to and reduce the strength of nicotine as they choose to or not to. While technically you will stop smoking tobacco, you will be converting to the vaping procedure instead.

Think back before you started smoking and think about all of the things you were able to do. Think about all of the fun you had and now think about all of the things you have had to give up because of those cigarettes. Think about this: most of the things you liked to do since you started smoking you have had to give up. It is because you are not allowed to smoke on the property, like your kids schools and then all of the activities inside a building. Do you think you would like to have some of that freedom back?
